Dear Customer,
Currently UAE has blocked the VOIP Call services and hence can’t make any calls right now. We are working out for the solution and it will be ready shortly. However, currently if you would like to utilize the balance in your account use our Phone-to-Phone option. Please follow the below steps: ·
1-Click on your VOIP Call account listed below ·
2-Enter your username and password ·
3-Click on Phone-to-Phone option in Call Options ·
4-First enter your number and then your destination number and make a call ·
You will receive a call from VOIP service but your destination number will be displayed in your mobile. Accept the call and after few seconds you will hear the ringing sound of your destination Note: The charge for the Phone-to-Phone service will be costlier than the regular VOIP calls because the connection charge includes both UAE and the destination connection charges
